Location and the good athmosphere

We like to be in this hotel. Next to Central Railway Station. It is the best area of Berlin. The front desk staff is very friendly. Excellent quality of room service and breakfast is excellent! I recommend and will return one day to the same hotel.

The hotel was in a central location but also very quiet - no noise from the street at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and light, with a view out onto the street, which I liked. It was very clean and everything was run efficiently!

I wish you could make a cup of tea of coffee in the room - there was no kettle, but perhaps that's an English thing. Also it was very hot at night and there was no way of opening the window more than a few centimetres.

a very cosy and lovely hotel with classic style. Breakfast is very good, and the breakfast restaurant crew are so friendly and smiling. located very close to station(train, local S-train, underground metro, all together) and Unter der Llinden Avenue. easy to find restaurants, bars, stores, supermarket, etc. around. outside the hotel door, turn left and just cross the street, there is even a small store, selling foods and drinks, open unitl mignight, very convenient.

A great european buffet breakfast with many selections - excellent. The Hotel also had a chapel on the ground floor and you could attend daily devotions. The staff was very helpful - you could purchase train tickets there - they were great with directions and very pleasant. I would highly recomment this hotel.

Central location close to most attractions that central Berlin has to offer. Comfortable clean spacious rooms. Very very good buffet breakfast. Lovely courtyard. Friendly helpful staff. We liked it so much we returned to stay there a second time during our holiday in Germany. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip. Thank you for our holiday in your beautiful city.

Efficient, quiet, comfortable, well-placed in Berlin. The staff were always helpful and pleasant without being obtrusive.

One of the soap-dispensers required a stronger squeeze than I could manage with one hand..

It's silent classy hotel with fairly friendly staff.

A bit small bathroom.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved exploring Berlin's highlights like the amazing Museum Island, not far from the hotel. The location was ideal, and the cozy courtyard made breakfast a relaxing start. It was a fantastic family-friendly stay.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms lacked space for our family. More storage options would enhance comfort for families traveling with kids.

Nice location, just across from Friedrichstrasse station in Berlin Mitte, yet on a quiet street. Near huge number of restaurants along the Spree Canal.

Excellent, helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Extremely convenient location for visiting the sights of Berlin.

Lighting in room could be improved. Two pillows per bed would be an improvement.

The room was fairly good, and we had a lovely view of street. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of food! The location in a central area was great. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was excellent. The atmosphere created was quiet...

The hotel was convenient to station and within walking distance of many places of interest. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very accepable offering a good variety of hot and cold food. The little chapel is lovely.

The hotel room was very warm and the pillows were very soft. We used the computer in the basement room and it was extremely slow. There was a doorstop in the corridor just around the corner from the stairwell which I think is a safety risk.

Nice bar and friendly staff, but the wifi was really unreliable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free internet use with available PC room. Rooms very comfortable. Ideal location. Great breakfast.
